Plan 1: Early-Next-Month Plan
This can be done at any time of the month.
1. Choose any materials to your liking.
2. Fill in the order form, state your payment plan.
3. Price will be determined and emailed to you. Price shown on blog doesn't include postage fee.
4. No additional charges will be charge using this plan.
5. Deposit of 30% must be made within 2 days after we have emailed you the price to confirm your reservation.
6. By early of the following month, we will send you first reminder by email & SMS regarding your order and outstanding payment.
7. Payment in lump sum should be made 2 days after the issuance of first reminder.
8. Should you fail to settle, we will send you the final reminder, also via email & SMS.
9. Payment in lump sum should be made 1 day after the issuance of final reminder.
10. If payment are not receive by then, we will cancel your reservation and materials will be up for sale again.
11. All deposits are non-refundable.
Plan 2: Installment Plan
This can be done at any time of the month.
1. Choose any materials to your liking.
2. Fill in the order form, state your payment plan.
3. Price will be determined and emailed to you. Price shown on blog doesn't include postage fee.
4. Additional of 5% will be added to the total price.
5. Total price will be divided equally into 3 since we are only offering for 3 month monthly installment. You can choose for a lesser period (please inform us in your order form).
6. First portion of the payment must be made within 2 days after we have emailed you the price to confirm your reservation.
7. By early of the following month, we will send you first reminder by email & SMS regarding your order and second payment.
8. Second payment should be made 2 days after the issuance of first reminder.
9. Should you fail to settle, we will send you the final reminder, also via email & SMS.
10. Second payment should be made 1 day after the issuance of final reminder.
11. If payment are not receive by then, we will cancel your reservation and materials will be up for sale again.
12. All deposits/first payment are non-refundable. Second payment will be refunded.
13. Step 7-11 will be applied for the following month.
Calculation Example of Plan 1
Reservation made on Jan 15, 2011
Material: RM79
Postage: RM6
Total price: RM85
Deposit: RM85 x 30% = RM25.50 (this amount should be paid first to confirm your reservation)
Balance: RM85 - RM25.50 = RM59.50 (should be paid by early of February 2011)
Calculation Example of Plan 2
Reservation made on Jan 1, 2011
Material: RM79
Postage: RM6
Price: RM85
Additional: RM85 x 5% = RM4.25
Total Price: RM85 + RM4.25 = RM89.25
Monthly installment: RM89.25 / 3months = RM29.75 (this amount should be paid upon confirmation, early February 2011, and early March 2011)
